Kali McEwen is a dedicated follower of Christ, a wife, a mother of 2, and a senior HR professional. She has an extensive background in Human Resources working in senior roles across industrial and employee relations, organisational development, learning and development, and recruitment.
Kali has had significant experience in the development and reporting of Human Resource KPIs, change management, the management of escalated HR and industrially sensitive issues, remuneration and benefits, talent and succession management, and compliance and legislative requirements. She is currently a Senior HR Business Partner in public health and the principal HR consultant at NKM. She is also a qualified organisational coach and specializes in working with boards of management in her consultancy work.
Kali joined the Geelong Christian Media Inc board in 2019 and has a passion for the ministry of 96three.
